Organic means they have been untainted. Buying food that has been pickled, cured or charred may increase your risk.
Choose All the Colors of the Rainbow- Vegetables come in all the colors of the rainbow and that is what you should have in your fridge, ready to eat. Different colors provide different types of nutrients and different phytochemicals.

Limit The Alcoholic Beverages: The more you drink, the more your risk goes up. According to breastcancer.org, any alcoholic beverage increases the risk of developing breast cancer and that number increases by 10 percent with each additional drink.
Manage Your Weight: Being overweight or obese leads to so many other health issues such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, stroke, heart attack and of course, cancer. By managing your weight, you can help to lower all of those risks.
Drink Plenty of Water– Our bodies are 60 percent water and if we do not replace the water our bodies get rid of during the day, we are looking at dehydration problems. Dehydration is a factor for so many health problems and trips to the ER annually. To make sure you are not at risk for dehydration, keep yourself hydrated by drinking at least (8) 8oz. glasses of water a day.
Exercise Regularly- Exercise is the key to improving many health issues. By maintaining a healthy weight through exercise, you can also reduce your risk of developing breast cancer. So go for walk or start a regular gym regimen.
